Starfish class have been reading the book ‘The Colour Monster’ and by using their gross motor movements they created their own large scale monsters by drawing shapes on the playground.

After reading the traditional tale of the Three Billy Goats Gruff, the children in Jellyfish class were inspired to make their own bridges for the goats to cross, using wooden bricks on the patio.    Seahorses class have enjoyed their forest school session today. They have been using both of the swings and took turns with their friends. The children have been playing “The Floor is Lava." They balanced on the logs to walk around the edges of the area. They enjoyed imaginative play with the small world figures and houses as well as hunting for acorns in between the leaves.
