​Kingfishers had a brilliant time performing A Miracle in Town this week. Well done children for a fantastic performance. 

​The children had a brilliant time exploring Rosemoor Gardens. We made Christmas decorations and explored the gardens.

In the past week we have been to Rosemoor gardens, made chocolate logs, visited Arlington Court and have performed our Christmas play. 

Woodpeckers spent a wonderful sunny winter’s day at RHS Rosemoor in Torrington on Wednesday.   We explored the woods, lake, kitchen gardens and played on the park.   After lunch we worked with the Rosemoor Staff to collect natural items to make our own Christmas Wreath and then we planted a ’Snowman’ pot of peas to grow at home. 

On Thursday Woodpeckers had the pleasure of performing our Christmas play of A Miracle In Town.   We loved acting, singing and dancing to everyone!

We worked our muscles well this week when we were kneading the dough for our pizzas. After they came out of the oven they smelt amazing. 

This term in PE Woodpeckers Class have enjoyed having Multi Skills PE with James, our coach.   We have been learning to control a ball by rolling, throwing, hitting  and kicking.
