This week in Science we were investigating which material was best to use to make 'Rocket Mice'. We also observed which was the best launcher (bottle). Lots of questioning and discussion from everyone in the class! Super Science!

Last week we were very lucky to have a music workshop. We enjoyed experiencing singing together and playing lots of different instruments. We even created our own orchestral performance! Woodpeckers are enjoying being back in the swimming pool this term. We are gaining our water confidence and practising swimming on our front and back. Kingfishers enjoyed attempting to juggle whilst exploring castle entertainment this week. Well done for their valiant efforts. Today in Science we tried to solve a problem! We had to help a knight cross the castle's moat because the drawbridge had broken. We put our engineering skills to the test to create a floating craft for the knight with materials that we found in school. |
