In our writing we have created our own sea creatures. We are thinking carefully about how it moves, what it eats, where it lives and any special features so that we are then experts about our creature to make a fact file on it later in the week.

Woodpeckers have been enjoying their weekly forest school sessions. They have been using the outdoor space and natural resources. They especially loved the last week when they got to make a mud slide.  At Biccelscombe Park the children in Swallows class have been improving their tennis skills. They have been practising using forehand and backhand passes. Click play to watch the slideshow. In Kingfishers class the children have been practising keeping a rhythm and following a tune using instruments called boom whackers.   |
