Seahorses Divali Day

​We celebrated Divali as a whole school today. The children enjoyed making their clay diva lamps during their forest School session, moulding the clay into the right shape and size to hold the candle then adding patterns to their design.
We also shared the story of Rama and Sita and watched videos of how children celebrated Divali with their families. The children enjoyed drawing around their hands to decorate them with Mehndi patterns as well as drawing beautiful Rangoli patterns and creating patterns using shapes and numicon.
