The Very Hungry Caterpillar

The children have been listening to the story and finding out about the changes that happen to the caterpillar. At group time they have been making striped caterpillars using lacing and green caterpillars by sticking. We made fruit salad using all the fruits that the caterpillar ate. The children have also enjoyed exploring resources linked to the story in their free play on the number table and in the investigation area. .
