Swan class

This week, Swans have been programming Beebots. They discovered the importance of giving clear, precise instructions. Children combined several instructions to create a sequence. They also explored changing the order of instructions.

In Maths, we began our new topic - multiplication and division. The class explored grouping and repeated addition. 

In Spelling, children became teachers! Children took it in turns to choose a word from this week's spelling list. The rest of the class asked relevant questions about the phonemes and graphemes to ascertain the chosen word. The challenge - find the word in no more than five questions!
