Elephants had a brilliant time drawing around each other then labelling their chalk outlines with the correct body parts. This term the children will focus on spirals in our art sessions. We have begun this by drawing spirals on a range of different surfaces before coming back to class and drawing spirals on A3 paper. The children had lots of fun drawing spirals with chalk on the playground. Year 1 then explored spirals inspired by classical music using charcoal. Reception went on a circle hunt around the school grounds. Zebras have started their art project this half term, focusing on spirals.
