Frozen Bears

At group time the children looked after a frozen bear. First they used their senses to see how cold the bear was and how crispy and crunchy the bear's frozen fur felt. They thought about ways for the bear to warm up, like putting on some clothes, having a bath, having a cup of hot chocolate and sitting by the fire. The children were so caring about the bear and enjoyed looking after him.
