Chinese New Year

The children have really enjoyed learning about the Chinese New Year dragon dance. We watched videos, made paper dragons, threaded dragons with pipe cleaners and even danced as a dragon ourselves. We also enjoyed tasting fortune cookies and finding the surprise inside each one.
